-1/4 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
-1/2 clove minced garlic, or to taste
-1 chopped green onion
-Small spig of chopped parsley (opt.)
-3 T Parmesan Cheese
-Little dash of Worchester
One Portabella Mushroom
4-6 small pre-cooked shrimp
1-2 T Butter
How To Prepare:
Mix together (room temperature) cream cheese, garlic, Worchester sauce, parsley and half of the parmesan cheese. Chop up (very fine) shrimp & mushroom stem. Add to cream cheese mixture. Pile it on the mushroom (smooth side down). Top with the rest of the parmesan cheese. Refridgerate for a few hours if you have time. Spread the butter on the bottom of baking dish and set the stuffed mushroom on it. Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes.
(I put foil down in the baking dish for easy clean up.) This is a great side dish with steak. You can also stuff small mushrooms with misture and bake a little less time.
