Description:
Ingredients: 2 small cans tomato juice (5.5,oz.)
4T butter
1T minced garlic
1/4c.chopped red onion
1/4c dry minced onion
2 Pkgs. splenda


1T prepared mustard
1T worchestershire
1t. season salt
2t. garlic pepper
2T catsup
1T liquid smoke
How To Prepare: Melt butter in pan on med heat. Add garlic and onions-cook & stir until onion is tender. Stir in tomato juice and remaining ingredients. Simmer for awhile to let all of the flavors come together.
Number of Servings: 4-5 chicken breasts
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 20 total
Preparation Time: 10-20 minutes

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Delicious on top of meatballs or other BBQ items!
Cons: Sometimes the sauce will sort of separate if it sits

Once I tried this recipe it is now my staple for when I am in the mood for a BBQ flavor! My favorite way is to serve it over meatballs.

Cons:

it's not bad. I added a little bit more liquid smoke and put it on ribs. I'll probably make it again.
