2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup Atkins Bake Mix
2 whole eggs
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons pepper 2 cups green onion, chopped
7 ounces green chiles, diced
14 1/2 ounces canned tomatoes, diced
1 tablespoon mint leaves, dried
2 tablespoons oregano, mexican
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
3 quarts water
How To Prepare:
1. Items from column 1 Combine ground beef, flour,eggs , garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Mix well and form into 1 inch meat balls and set aside. 2. items from column 2. In large pot combine all other ingredients and bring to rapid boil. 3. While broth is boiling add meatballs one at a time as so to keep pot boiling. 4. When all ingredients are combined lower heat and simmer for 40 mins covered. and enjoy. May add fresh cilantro at the end, but don't forget to count it.
