2 lbs hamburge
6 qts water
2 tbs salt
1 t of black pepper
1/4 cup onion diced thin
2 cups celery diced thin
1/2 can carrots
1/2 can green beans
1 small can hunts tomato sauce
How To Prepare:
add water, ground up hamburge, salt, pepper, onion & celery in pot, boil untill onion & celery is soft, about 1 1/2 hours, you may need to add a little more water during cooking. finished soup will be about 4 quarts. add veggies & tomato sauce, cook another 10 min. add more salt & pepper if needed.
