Ingredients: 1 cup cold decaffinated coffee
3 pkg. of Splenda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbs. unsweetened baking cocoa

2 Tbs. Half and Half
1 scoop Soy Protein (Vanilla flavored)
Ice Cubes
Dash of cinnamon
How To Prepare: Put all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender and blend thoroughly. Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top. YUMMY!

*I think it's much tastier than the Atkins shakes*
