1 roasted chicken
skinned and deboned
1 red bell pepper
5 celery ribs
5 scallions chopped
2 sweet hots if you have the Cannons Sweet hots that are chopped use 2 Tablespoons.
4 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons of sour cream
1 Tsp of butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
skin and debone chicken put in large bowl in a pan saute butter, onion, bell pepper, and celery until tender. add to chicken then add sweet hots. Mix in separate bowl sauce (mayonnaise sour cream and salt and pepper) If you like it with more sauce just make more it is always two parts Mayo to one part sour cream.
