Ingredients: 1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. ricotta cheese
4 Tbsp. heavy cream
4 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. Almond Bake Mix or Almond Flour

1 Tbsp. cocoa, sifted
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
4 - 5 Packets Splenda

How To Prepare: Beat egg until frothy and pale yellow. Add ricotta and mix thoroughly, until
no lumps remain. Add cream, water, and extracts, and mix thoroughly. Add
cocoa, bake mix and Splenda to taste. Whisk together until smooth.

Divide evenly between 2 dessert bowls. Mixture will rise while baking

Microwave on high power for 2 - 2-1/2 minutes, until cooked. Enjoy.
