Pint of whipping cream
2 TBS. chopped fresh garlic 1 pkg. dry onion soup. dash of worcheshire and paprika ( option)
It is important to use whole cream to keep carb count down.
You can add any spice you wish, experiment, watch carbs however.
How To Prepare:
Mix ingrediants in a shallow marinading dish.
Lay pieces in until covered, as many as fit. Marinade should cover any meat you use.
Chicken and ribs are GREAT>
Bake, barbeque or fry, you choose. Works any way.
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known:
6 for the whole sauce
4-6 hours to marinade
