Description:
Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Packets Splenda
1/2-1 Tablespoon Atkins Bake Mix (or Carbsense Zero Carb Bake Mix)
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Egg White
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
How To Prepare: 1. Beat Egg White until bubbles form. (Frothy)
2. Combine Dry Ingredients in bowl.
3.Whisk Dry Ingredients into egg white and add vanilla.
4. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 10 Minutes or until center is still fudgy.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes

Mine came out awful. Not sure if I did something wrong with recipe. Super thick batter.

I think you forgot to add the cocoa powder to the carb count. A total of 2 only accounts for the 2 packets of Splenda and the egg.
