How To Prepare: PUT ABOUT 1/4 TEASPOON CANOLA OIL IN PAN, CUT UP CABBAGE, BOTH PEPPERS AND ONION, PUT IN HOT OIL AND LET IT COOK REAL SLOW UNTIL TENDER

After the veggies were done, I added cooked ground beef. When serving put a dollop of sour cream on top. Will definately make again!
