1 tsp good Dijon mustard
2 TBSP white wine vinegar
4 TBSP good olive oil or canola oil (or you can sneak your 1-2TBSP daily flax oil in here! Masks the taste!)
pinch of kosher salt
1 grind black pepper
pinch of cayenne
1 drop liquid saccharin
How To Prepare:
Measure out mustard in little serving cup/dish and add vinegar, and whisk with a fork. Add seasonings (except saccharin). Drop the oil in slowly, while whisking. Add the teeniest drop of saccharin, and correct seasoning. Best tossed with field greens and arugula/Boston lettuce. Tangy and sweet.
