2 cups each of strawberries, raspberries, & blackberries.
Set aside just a few of each.
2 lbs cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Splenda
4 eggwhites whipped to soft peaks
1 pint heavy cream
4 tsp pure vanilla extract
Pretty glass bowl
How To Prepare:
Wash berries, place in bowl, sqeeze lemon juice, mix gently and set aside. Whip cream cheese thoroughly and add sour cream. Add 2 tsps vanilla, Splenda and taste for desired sweetness. Fold in the eggwhites and set mixture aside. Whip the cream until firm (but not butter) adding 2 tsp of vanilla.
In bowl place a 1/3 of fruit mixture on bottom and then put a layer of cream cheese mixture. Continue with layering until the top is a layer of berries. Put the whipped cream on top, spreading around to "almost" the edge of bowl. Make sure the whipped cream is fluffy in the middle. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a few uncut strawberries.
