1 tomatoe (serves two people)
2-4 tbsp Parmasan Cheese
pinch Salt (to season)
Pepper (desired amount)
Oregeno (desired amount)
Parsley (desired amount)
Any additional Seasoning (no sugar)
Mozzerella Cheese/Monteray Jack/Cheddar
How To Prepare:
Cut tomatoe's in half. In bowl lightly mix All dry ingredients, take tomate halfs and cover tops with mixture. Finish with cheese. Bake in oven, or toaster oven, approx. 10 minutes. Insides will be hot!
