12 oz. fresh mushrooms
1/2c. chopped onions
1/2 stick butter
Mixed herbs of choice
1/3 c. heavy cream
1 large egg
2 lg egg yolks
1 c. grated swiss cheese
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease casserole dish with butter. In skiller saute mushrooms and onion in the butter. Add herbs and cook about 4 minutes. In a bowl, combine cream, egg and egg yolks, Sprinkle the swiss cheese all over bottom of casserole. Put mushroom mixture on top then pour cream/egg mix over that. Bake 30 mins or until brown and bubbly.
