1 whole chicken
2 1/2 cups chopped yellow squash
2 cups chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 stick butter
1 clove of chopped garlic
salt and perrper to taste
How To Prepare:
Boil Chicken in enough water to cover add salt and pepper to water. After chicken is done, take skin off and debone. Save broth. Cut up chicken and add back to broth add butter, parsley, more salt and pepper to taste if needed. Bring this to a boil, turn down heat to med/low. Add veggies and simmer until veggies are tender. This is so good. You can have it on induction.
