Ingredients: 2 cups blueberries, strawberries, or blackberries

1/2 c. splenda/or to taste

pinch of salt

1/2 stick butter

1/2 stick butter

1 T. thickner (cornstarch/ xanthum gum )

1 tsp. lemon juice

plain crushed pork rinds(goes on top)

Sprinkles of cinnamon
How To Prepare: Heat the berries until they are bubbling, then add other ingredients.

Pour into pamed baking dish.

Sprinkle plain crushed pork rinds over top of cobbler(serving as top crust)

Dot the porks rinds with butter.

Sprinkle cinnamin and additional splenda on top

Bake at 350 for 20 mons, until browned and bubbly.

Cool. Serve with a little whipped cream top

Note: Other fruit such as apple or peach could be substituted, also
