2-4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Oil Packed Sun Dried Tomatoes
(Sun Dried Tomatoe Pesto can be substituted)
4-6 Strips Bacon
Crumbled Goat Cheese
How To Prepare:
Fry bacon until crisp; drain well. Pound out each chicken breast until 1/4" thick. Pace a bacon strip on each chicken breast; then sun dried tomatoes; then crumbled goat cheese; then a slice or two of avocado. Roll up the chicken breasts and toothpick to hold together. Grill; Fry or Bake.
