3 to 4 skinless chicken breast
1 can of diet rite soda or whichever diet soda you prefer half a bag of frozen broccoli
half a bag of frozen cauliflower
1-2 tbl soysauce
season with garlic salt
How To Prepare:
Place defrosted chicken in a glass baking dish. Place frozen veggies around the chicken. Pour the can of soda over it, add the soysauce, and garlic salt. Bake at 350 for an hour or till you see no pink.
