I spray butter Pam on the bottom and sides of pan first. Use a springform pan and pat along bottom.
5 (8oz) 1/3 fat cream cheese**
1 cup Splenda
3/4 c Sugar-free Vanilla Syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1/2 c sour cream
2 large sugar-free/low carb chocolate bars cut in small chunks or 1 c sugar-free chocolate chips
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix cream cheese, eggs, splenda, syrup, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth. Bake for 1 hour - 1hour 15 minutes. Toothpick needs to come out clean. Chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
**note: 1/3 fat cream cheese states under 1 carb per serving. I figure it has 1 per serving to be safe.
