8 oz. Cream Cheese - room temperature
1/2 c. unsalted butter - room temperature
1/2 c. artificial sweetener - Splenda or Equal
1 t. chocolate extract
1 oz. baker's chocolate melted
How To Prepare:
Melt baker's chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds on high, check, then microwave at 10 second intervals until melted.
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Drop by small spoonfuls onto baking sheet and freeze. Store in a zip lock bag or covered freezer-proof container.
This recipe is a variation to the Clouds recipe submitted by Lorrie. I found them a bit salty for my taste so I replaced the butter with unsalted butter, added the baker's chocolate and chocolate extract. Just elaborating on an already good thing. ;o)
