1 1/2 pounds steak, sliced
1 cup green bell pepper, thin slices
1 cup red bell pepper, thin slices
1 cup mild onion, thin slices
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp fajita seasoning (I used McCormicks)
4 oz grated cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp sour cream
4 Tbsp guacamole
How To Prepare:
1. In large skillet (I used a wok), saute peppers and onion in butter until tender. Set aside.
2. Saute steak slices till done.
3. Add peppers to steak, add seasoning and cook another minute or so till hot.
4. Sprinkle cheese over meat, serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
Guacamole - mix mashed avacado with 2 Tbsp salsa, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, and a little garlic powder.
(Note: Include soft tacos for non-LCers).
Can be made with chicken instead of steak.
