Ingredients: 2 x eggs300ml heavy/double cream1 cup grated mature cheese8-10 large mushrooms6-8 florets of brocollicouple slices of
any ham diced into small peices
How To Prepare: boil brocolli till done how you like it. slice mushrooms and fry in your favourite oil or butter until they are soft and browned. Add in the brocolli, squashing down and seperating the floretts, if need be use a fork to mash florretts into mushrooms. Next add ham , cut into small peices. Fry all together for approx 5 mins, keep moving , just so they have all the flavours of each other. Pack down firmly with a spatular to the botton of your frying pan so they are all condensed togather. Meanwhile you should have blended the cream , cheese and eggs together , for approx 2-3 minutes. Make sur you save a little of the cheese for later. Pour the mixture over the top of the fried substance, ensure all the mushrooms , brocolli and ham are covered with the mixture. The mixture should not go under the other ingredients , just on top, that is why you need to pack down firmly. Leave on low heat for 5 - 10 mins. Next put under grill till browned on top and egg mixture has set, take out sprinkle on remaining cheese , and pop back under grill till bubbling. Remove from grill, let stand for 4 minutes , till cheese sets , divide into 4 and serve with a dolop of mayo.......delicious!!!!!!!
