Bell Peppers (4)
2 lbs. ground chuck
2 T. fresh garlic
1 medium yellow onion
1 C. Salsa
2 T. Cumin
2 T. Chile Powder
2 T. Cilantro (optional)
How To Prepare:
Brown chuck, onion, garlic. Drain. Add Salsa, cumin, chile powder, and cilantro.Stuff meat mixure into hollowed peppers. Place top of pepper back on stuffed bottom and wrap in foil. Toss on the grill for 20 minutes turning every 5 minutes. Delicious with sourcream!
