Ingredients: 6 large mushrooms
6 tbsp Chive Cream Cheese
3 slices nitrate free bacon
1/4 cp shredded mozarella
Fresh Parsley
2 tbsp butter
How To Prepare: Scoop out mushroom stems and fill each with 1 tablespoon Chive Cream Cheese. Place 1/2 strip bacon (I use precooked bacon) ontop of cream cheese and top with mozarella (cheddar works nicely, too). Place small pats of butter in baking pan for flavor and to keep the mushrooms from burning or sticking. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!

Try adding other items such as tomatoes, onions, hamburg or sausage!
