Description:
Ingredients: 6 Large Mushrooms
6 tbsp Chive Cream Cheese
3 Slices Nitrate-Free Bacon
1/4 cp Shredded Mozarella
2 tbsp Butter
Fresh Parsley to Garnish
How To Prepare: Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Fill mushrooms with 1 tbsp cream cheese. Place 1/2 slice bacon (I prefer pre-cooked) on each mushroom and top with shredded cheese. Garnish with parsley.


Place in a small shallow baking dish along with 2 tbsp butter and cook for 20 min. at 350 degrees. Enjoy!


Try adding tomatoes, onions, hamburg, sausage or whatever else suits your tastebuds!

Cons: NOOOONE!

MMM I have made these over and over again. I have made them as appeitzers for company and let me tell you they are popular. You can use variations: of cream cheese (plain, plain mixed with diced garlic and parmasan, chives, onions), you can top off with bacon, or no meat. You could use ham or sausage. You could mix baby shrimp or crab from a can into the cream cheese...the possiblities are endless! MMMM.


You can use parmasan and/or mozerella on top.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Just great. I cut the stems up and add them to the cream cheese for stuffing. Also, I season with Itailan season instead of Parsley Flakes. Even the kids love this one.
