Positive aspects of the product (pros): Excellent -- once recipe is adjusted !!
Cons: Author surely meant to use teaspoons, NOT tablespoons of seasonings.

TYPO IN THE RECIPE?? First time I made exactly as written--Yikes, we had to throw it away. But the principle seemed solid, so the second time I used a teaspoon each of salt, lemon pepper, and black pepper (NOT a tablespoon as directed). It was GREAT !! Top with a little sour cream if you can spare the carbs, and voila!
(Tip: Microwave the cauliflower rather than boil)
