Ingredients: 1-1/4 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 to 3/4 cup Keto crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

2-1/2 cups shreaded parmesan
2 Tbs. hot salsa(can use
mild if you want a milder
1 Tbs. dijon mustard
1 Tbs. hot sauce(optional
if you want a "kick")
How To Prepare: Mix all ingredients but the Keto crumbs in large bowl. Add Keto crumbs until you get the consistency of meatloaf. Divide into 9 patties ( or use as a loaf). Put in oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes for patties and 60 minutes for loaf.
