Ingredients: 1-2 nice cucumbers
1 bunch radishes
1 bunch fresh chives
White wine vinegar
Olive Oil
1-2 Stalks of celery hearts
1 bunch fresh Italian Parsley
Fresh minced garlic to taste
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
How To Prepare: Cut cucs and radishes length wise.Chop celery hearts.Chop fresh herbs.Add fresh garlic and oil and vinegar and seasonings to taste. Chill at least 1 hr covered.
Number of Servings: 1-2 depending on quantity of veggies and serving size.
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: low, im sorry i didnt add it all up!:(
