1 small can of chicken, or 1 cooked chicken breast
1 ounce cream cheese
Shredded cheddar cheese
How To Prepare:
Mix shredded chicken and cream cheese together. Dallop onto WheatThins and place on a cookie sheet. Season to taste with paprika, pepper, garlic powder or other favorite spice. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake in oven at 425 for about 5 minutes or until cheddar is melted and beginning to brown.
Other ideas: to reduce the carbs to almost nothing, stuff mixture into fresh mushroom caps or spread onto tomato slices and bake. For a cold treat, roll ingredients into lettuce leaves or low-carb tortilla, or stuff a hollowed out tomato.
