Ingredients: 6 Yellow Squash 1 Bag of BBQ Pork Rinds1 Stick of Butter1 Tbls Minced Garlic 1/2 Bag of Shredded Italian Cheese2 Handfulls of Grated CheeseSalt and Pepper
*Square Baking Dish
*Veggie Peeler
*Frying Pan
How To Prepare: Peel yellow squash with veggie peeler to look like noodles. Saute garlic and 1/2 stick of butter . Throw in squash until soft. Crush pork rinds in a plastic bag, some fine like bread crumb and you can leave some of the pieces a little bigger. Place squash in square baking dish sprinkle italian shredded cheese, sprinkle crushed pork rinds and grated cheese. Cut the remaining 1/2 of a stick of butter and place on top (scatter it). Bake on 350 for 20 min.
Number of Servings: 3 with leftovers for the next night. Just reheat in microwave
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: Low but not sure but you can increase or decrease with the cheeses.
