Description:
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup grated parmesan
cheese


1 pinch salt
1.5 lbs. small shrimp
shredded mozzarella
cheese
red pepper to taste
How To Prepare: Melt butter in a small pot,
then add garlic. Stir until
incorporated. Cut cream
cheese into small chunks
and add to mixturem, then
add parmasan cheese. Add
shrimp and salt and cook
until shrimp are done. Add
mozzerella cheese and red
pepper to taste, and you're
done.
Preparation Time: not long- 20 minutes or so
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy

Positive aspects of the product (pros): easy, fun, quick, delicious, perfect
Cons:

This is exactly what you are looking in an alfredo sauce. Only works for shrimp. Sooooo good. Excellent for busy nights.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Very tasty
Cons: Not enough to cover as much shrimp as called for

It was very tasty but ours didn't come out to the same consistancy as we thought alfredo sauce should have so we added a cup of heavy cream and it was perfect.
