3oz ripe Florida avocado, chilled
1 packet Splenda
1/2 cup low-carb soy milk or 1 tbsp cream dissolved in 1/2 cup water
How To Prepare:
Put all ingredients in blender. Serve the thick cream like a mousse.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
I love to drink this for breakfast. I don't like eggs so use this instead. I add a scoop of protein powder. This was a good standby during induction for me.
