Description:
Ingredients: 1 c dehydrated onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp dried coriander
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried sage
1/4 tsp dried paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red peppers
1 crushed bay leaf
1/4 tsp ground sage
1 c + 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
4 chicken breasts, pounded thin
1 egg
How To Prepare: 1. Put dehydrated onion into a food processor and process for about a minute.
2. Add the rest of the dry ingredients except for the cheese and process for 30 seconds.
3. Add the cheese and pulse to blend.
4. Coat chicken with egg and then dip into the mixture.
5. Fry in olive oil.
