1 1/4 cup splenda
2 c whipping cream
1 qt half & half
1 T vanilla
dash of salt
How To Prepare:
This has to be made in an ice cream machine. Beat the eggs until frothy. Blend in the splenda. Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix well.
Place the ingredients in the ice cream tub, and pack ice and salt around the outside of it. Layer 3" ice and add rock salt. Continue, but don't go over the top of the container.
Let it crank for about one hour, adding more salt and ice,until it gets thick, and raises in volume.
