3.5 ounces of ground beef (you can add as much meat as you want, but make sure to adjust the calories)1 cup of lettuce
2 TB of shredded cheddar cheese1 TB of onions2 TB of sour creamhot sauce
How To Prepare:
Fry of broil ground beef until done. If you want your cheese to be melted, add right after you take the meat out of the pan. Add onions (grilled onions are a great addition)add hot sauce, then top w/ sour cream, Enjoy!!
