2 cucumbers (skin peeled off cut into slices)
1 tomato (cut into small wedges)
1 white onion (sliced) white or apple cider vinegar
How To Prepare:
put cucs, tomatos and onion into large serving bowl. Add equal parts vinegar and italian dressing until vegtables are covered with the liquid. cover bowl with plastic wrap or lid. put in fridge for 30 min or so before serving. I serve this at all my parties and family gatherings. Amount of veggies and liquids can be changed as desired.
