1 small head of shredded, cooked cabbage-drained
1 cup crushed pork rinds salt and pepper to taste
1 8oz. block sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 8oz. block extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 6 large eggs, lightly beaten 4 cups cream
How To Prepare:
1.In large bowl, lightly beat eggs, add cream and mix well.
2.Add drained shredded cooked cabbage and pork rinds, mix well. 3.Add salt and pepper and shredded cheeses and mix. 4.Grease large 9x13 pyrex. Pour mixture in and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. 5. Let it stand for 10 mins.
