1-2 Heads of cauliflower
Whatever you like on your baked potato (chives, butter, sour cream, bacon bits... whatever)
How To Prepare:
Cook the snot out of the cauliflower. I usually steam it, but I don't think it matters much as long as it is over cooked to the point where you can't pick it up with a fork. Add other ingredients and mash.
