1 pound Chicken breast strips
1 can diced tomatoes with jalapeno peppers
1 medium yellow squash sliced
1 small can sliced mushrooms
2 tbls olive oil
1 tspn Italian seasoning
1/8 cup Romano cheese
1 tspn salt
1/8 tspn white pepper
1/2 cup mexican cheese (prepackaged)
1/2 medium spanish onion diced
1 tbls butter
How To Prepare:
Steam onions and squash then place all ingredients except Parm cheese in a large frying pan. Simmer for 20 min. Serve with sprinkled Parm cheese.
