kaki low carb syrup (homemade for pancakes and waffles)

1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. butter
How To Prepare:
mix sugar,water and cinnamon in saucepan over medium heat and with candy thermometer watch temp until it reaches just below soft crack. remove from heat add butter and serve. if you like your syrup thinner just add a little hot water.
