Ingredients: 3/4 pound lean ground beef
3/4 pound lean ground turkey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
3 ounces cheddar cheese slices -- 4 slices

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large white onion
2 medium jalapeno pepper -- *seeded to control heat if desired
1 large roma tomato
1/4 cup diced onion
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste
How To Prepare: Make the sauce:
In a food processor puree tomato, 1 jalapeno, 1/4 cup onion, cilantro, oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper after tasting. Set aside at room temperature.
Slice onion and remaining jalapeno paper thin. Saute until tender in a non-stick skillet with the olive oil. Remove from pan.
Mix meats, salt, pepper, mrs dash andworcestershire sauce well. Form 4 patties and cook in non-stick skillet until cooked through.
Place an equal amount of cheese on top of each cooked burger and let melt.
Place 1/4 of the onions on each plate and top with the burger. Place a small amount of the sauce on each one and serve remaining sauce as desired.
