1/4 Cup skim milk
1 8oz. tub of fat free cool whip
How To Prepare:
Whip the cream cheese and the Crystal light mix together in a bowl. Slowly mix in the milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in the cool whip. Pour into a pie plate. If refrigerated, the consistancy is more like a thick cool whip. If frozen for about 4 hours, the pie can be sliced as served like cheesecake. **If you feel the need for a crust, it can be placed into a prepared crust or sprinkled with crushed graham crackers.
