Description: A substitute for a bowl of cold cereal. Recipe makes one serving, so double or triple and refrigerate for later.


Can add nuts or seeds or cinnamon, etc., but count the carbs.
Ingredients: 4 egg whites. 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 2 Tbs. flax meal, 4 Tbs. almond flour , 2 Tbs. splenda
How To Prepare: Beat egg whites and lemon juice til fluffy, barely mix in other ingredients. Spoon onto greased foil on a baking sheet in one inch strips. Bake/dry in 275 deg. oven about 30 min. Should be firm/dry. (I put broiler on last minute to brown). Scrape cereal stuff off with a spatula onto a plate to cool. Crumble into your bowl and add your milk!
