Melt butter in skillet with garlic and cook for one minute, let cool. Mix cheese, Parsley, Cumin and Thyme on a large plate. Dredge chicken in garlic butter then into the cheese mixture and place in a baking dish sprayed with non-stick coating. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden and juices run clear.
