A variation on Buittoni's whipped cream frosting. Excellent for layer cakes or as a general topping for desserts. The glucomannan is optional, but gives the frosting stiffness - without it, the frosting is on the soft side.
1 c. heavy cream, whipped 1/2 c. whipped cream cheese 15 drops liquid sucralose 1 tsp vanilla 2 TB Almond Roca SF torani localoffersIcon 2 glucomannan capsule
How To Prepare:
Whip heavy cream until very thick. Add whippped cream cheese, liquid sweetener and vanilla. Whip until smooth and well blended. Finally while whipping, add gluc and blend well. Frosting will stiffen slightly as it sits.
