Description: Awesome broiled tilapia with a parmesan topping.
Ingredients: 6, 4 oz. tilapia fillets thawed, 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 3 Tbs melted butter, 2.5 Tbs mayo, 3 Tbs fresh squeezed lemon juice, 3 tsp grated lemon zest, 1/2 tsp dried basil, pepper, onion powder and celery salt.
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to broil. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the tilapia. Place fish on a broiler pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Broil about 2 min on each side. Top each piece of fish with the parmesan mixture Broil 10-15 min, or until topping is golden brown and fish flakes easily with a fork
