Preheat oven to broil. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the tilapia. Place fish on a broiler pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Broil about 2 min on each side. Top each piece of fish with the parmesan mixture Broil 10-15 min, or until topping is golden brown and fish flakes easily with a fork
