Description: This is my Sunday Brunch low-carb chili... perfec on to simmer on the stove while you watch the pundit shows Smile
Ingredients: water, low-fat ground beef, one tomato, tomato paste, one pickled jalapeno pepper, cumin, black pepper, sea salt, red pepper flakes, green pepper, chopped onion, chopped garlic clover, sour cream, cheddar cheese
How To Prepare: Brown ground beef. Add other ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer covered for at least an hour, or until chili is thick. Serve with cheese and sour cream.
