1 – 8 ounce block of cream cheese, brought to room temperature; ¼ cup cocoa powder (I like Hershey’s Special Dark); ½ cup powdered sweetener (I use sugar free powdered Ideal); ½ cup macadamia nut crumbles (process in food processor)
How To Prepare:
Mix first four ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Scoop out a portion with a teaspoon and after sprinkling some nuts on your hands roll into a ball, and roll into the nuts. Put into a small paper baking cup and refrigerate.
