Place nuggets of Parmesan (you can use the rind) on non-stick paper in microwave. Zap in 10-20 second bursts. WATCH THEY DO NOT BURN-they may smoke so be careful. They will go paler and puff up- remove and cool. If still not crisp zap again and recheck- rind takes longer
